- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch (Local or International Options Available)

Detailed Tour Itinerary:
Day 1
In the morning, your private tour guide and driver will meet you at Hangzhou Railway Station. We recommend arriving at 10:16am via train G7411 to allow sufficient time to explore Hangzhou’s iconic sights with some time at leisure.
Your first stop will be the picturesque West Lake, where you’ll board a boat for a relaxing cruise. As you glide across the tranquil waters, you’ll take in the scenic beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage site, with its traditional pagodas, lush greenery, and mist-covered hills in the background.
After disembarking at Huagang Park Wharf, you’ll have time to explore Huagang Park. Known for its serene landscapes, the park is home to the famous Red Carp Pond and tranquil pavilions nestled among colorful gardens.
After a morning of exploration, you’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant, with both traditional Chinese and international cuisine options available. Your guide will be happy to recommend a restaurant/cuisine based on your preferences. During the afternoon, enjoy time at leisure before in the evening experiencing the Impression West Lake Show. Following the show, return transfer to your Hangzhou Hotel.
Day 2
In the morning, visit West Lake’s No. 1 Park, where you’ll have free time to observe local people engaging in morning exercises. Next, head to Lingyin Temple, a prominent Buddhist temple of the Chan sect nestled in the scenic Flying Peak area. The temple is one of the largest in China, and the surrounding Flying Peak features numerous grottos and intricate religious rock carvings.
Afterward, enjoy lunch featuring local specialties, including the famous Beggar’s Chicken—a stuffed chicken wrapped in lotus leaves and cooked in clay. Following lunch, you’ll visit the Longjing Tea Plantation, where you’ll experience traditional methods of picking, processing, and tasting Longjing (Dragon Well) Tea, one of China’s finest green teas. Finally, you will be transferred to the railway station for your departure to Shanghai.
